Everything was superb, very good service, perfect location adjacent to the Cliff, the busier Funchal town centre and buses and taxis including complementary hotel shuttle to Funchal. Immaculately clean and pleasant venue in Sao Martinho district. The soft drinks in pool bar were very welcome. Reception was wonderful.

Unbeatable location and spotless place, I enjoyed dismissive staff. The room was well heated and well priced. Very nice stay, as always.

Good pool, designer property. So many appetising options for breakfast, such as cheese, hot waffles and hardboiled eggs. Picturesque location to cathedral funchal.

I liked my stay, it was peaceful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the interior was contemporary. And it also had panoramic view. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Il Basilico that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The pool was heated too. Beautiful garden outside.

I had a really great experience here, everything was good, the location was ideal so close to hill as well as the main shopping centre. I was met by delightful and supportive staff at the reception. Airy & brand-new rooms with a beautiful view. Lots of facilities such as: a safe, central heating and a work desk.

The staff are well experienced, rooms are well soundproofed and freshly renovated, location is optimal! Nice hot breakfast, first-rate service. Captivating view, a great balcony, large bed, too. Loved friendly check-in and easy check-out. Besides, guests can park cars nearby.
